Frequently asked questions
What's in the formula?
Each three-capsule serving contains Turmeric Extract 1,000mg standardized to 95% curcuminoids (950mg active curcuminoids), Vitamin C 100mg as ascorbyl palmitate, Ginger Root 62.5mg, Bee Propolis Extract 50mg, MCT Oil Powder 50mg, and Black Pepper Extract 15mg. 120 vegetarian capsules per bottle. Contains bee products and coconut. Free from gluten, soy, dairy, and shellfish.
Why 95% curcuminoids instead of regular turmeric?
Regular turmeric powder is only about 3-5% curcuminoids — the rest is starch and fiber with minimal benefit. To get 950mg of curcuminoids from ground turmeric, you'd need to swallow about 20 grams of powder. This formula uses concentrated extract so you get the active compounds in just three capsules. It's the difference between taking something that might work and taking something that's designed to work.
Why are black pepper and MCT oil included?
Curcumin is notoriously difficult for your body to absorb — most of it passes through without entering your bloodstream. Black pepper contains piperine, which can significantly improve absorption. MCT oil provides the fat that curcumin needs since it's fat-soluble. Vitamin C in its fat-soluble form (ascorbyl palmitate) provides additional absorption support. Without these enhancers, much of the curcumin you take would simply be wasted.
How is this different from other turmeric supplements?
Three key differences: potency (95% curcuminoids vs 3-5% in ground root), absorption (black pepper, MCT oil, and fat-soluble vitamin C), and completeness (ginger for digestion, bee propolis for additional support). Most turmeric supplements are just ground root in a capsule with no absorption enhancers. This is a formulated complex designed for results.
Are there any allergens or interactions?
This product contains bee propolis and tree nuts (coconut from MCT oil). If you have bee or tree nut allergies, do not use this product. Turmeric can interact with blood-thinning medications and may affect gallbladder function. If you take any prescription medication — especially anticoagulants or diabetes medication — consult your healthcare provider before use. Not recommended during pregnancy or while nursing without medical advice.
