Ordering
How do I place an order?
Browse our products, add your desired items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your contact details, shipping address, and payment information to complete your order.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are processed as quickly as possible, so we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has been placed.
If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at support@supplementmarket.co. If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will do our best to help.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to selected European Union countries only: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, and Spain.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders to our supported European Union countries.
What is your order cut-off time?
Our order cut-off time is 1 PM (GMT+01:00), Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends or public holidays, are added to the next business day’s processing queue.
The cut-off time does not guarantee same-day dispatch.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 0–3 business days. Once dispatched, transit time is usually 4–7 business days.
The total estimated delivery time is typically 4–10 business days.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. These may include major credit and debit cards, digital wallets, and local payment options depending on your country.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Payments are processed securely through trusted payment providers. Supplement Market does not store your full card details.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
For supplements and hygiene-sensitive products, items must be unopened and unused to be eligible for return, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
How do I start a return?
To start a return, contact us at support@supplementmarket.co with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is accepted, we will send you return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
What if I receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item?
Please contact us as soon as possible at support@supplementmarket.co with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
Our team will review the issue and help arrange a suitable solution.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process the refund.
