At Supplement Market, we aim to deliver your order safely, efficiently, and with clear communication throughout the shipping process. This Shipping Policy explains where we ship, how long delivery usually takes, and what you can expect after placing an order with us.

We currently ship only within selected European Union countries.

We do not currently ship outside the countries listed above. If your country is not available at checkout, we are unfortunately unable to deliver to your location at this time.
Shipping Information
Shipping Cost: Free
Order Cut-off Time: 1 PM (GMT+01:00), Monday–Friday
Handling Time: 0–3 business days
Transit Time: 4–7 business days
Total Delivery Time: 4–10 business days
Handling time refers to the time between the order cut-off time after your order is placed and when your shipment is ready for transit or hand-off to the carrier. Transit time refers to the time from hand-off to the carrier until delivery.
Orders placed before the cut-off time are counted from the same business day for handling time purposes. Orders placed after the cut-off time, or on weekends or public holidays, are counted from the next business day.
The cut-off time helps us determine when the handling time starts. It does not guarantee same-day dispatch.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders to our supported European Union countries.
There is no minimum order value required for free standard shipping.
Estimated Delivery Time
The estimated total delivery time for orders within our supported European Union countries is typically 4–10 business days.
Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, carrier capacity, public holidays, weather conditions, customs procedures, import checks, or other circumstances outside our control.
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days after dispatch, please contact us and we will assist you in investigating the shipment.
Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details.
If you have not received your confirmation email, please check your spam or promotions folder. If you still cannot find it, contact us at support@supplementmarket.co with the subject line: “Order confirmation not received”.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active.
You can track your order using the tracking link provided in your email or through our order tracking page.
Carriers
We work with trusted international and local delivery partners to ship orders within our supported European Union countries.
Final delivery may be handled by carriers such as DHL, DPD, GLS, UPS, PostNL, La Poste, Poste Italiane, Correos, PostNord, An Post, Hellenic Post, or other local postal and courier services depending on the destination country.
Carrier availability may vary by country and order. Your tracking email will show the most up-to-date delivery information once your order has been dispatched.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@supplementmarket.co. If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will do our best to update the address. However, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered handling or dispatch.
Delayed, Lost or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check your tracking information for the latest updates.
If there has been no tracking update for several business days, or if your order has not arrived within 10 business days after dispatch, please contact us at support@supplementmarket.co and we will investigate the shipment with the carrier.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include the following information in your email:
Order number
Description of the issue
Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product
Photos of the packaging, if applicable
Once we have reviewed the issue, we will assist you with a suitable solution, such as a replacement, refund, or further instructions.
Delivered Parcels
Once a parcel is marked as delivered by the carrier, including delivery to a mailbox, parcel locker, reception point, safe place, or with photographic proof of delivery, Supplement Market is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage after delivery.
If you believe your parcel was incorrectly marked as delivered, please contact us and we will assist you in opening an investigation with the carrier.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders are processed as quickly as possible. This means we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made after an order has been placed.
If you need to cancel your order or update your shipping details, contact us immediately at support@supplementmarket.co. If your order has not yet entered handling or dispatch, we will do our best to help.
