Refund policy

At Supplement Market, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, this policy explains how returns, refunds, and eligible cancellations are handled.

1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • unused and unopened
  • in the same condition that you received it
  • in its original packaging
  • returned with receipt or proof of purchase

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, supplements and similar products must be unopened and unused to be eligible for return, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@supplementmarket.co with your order number and reason for return.

If your return is accepted, we will send you return instructions, including how to send your package.

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first, as returns must be approved and sent according to the instructions provided by our customer support team.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required by applicable consumer law.

Return shipping costs may vary depending on your location and the return address.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning your item. Supplement Market is not responsible for returned items that are lost in transit.

4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at support@supplementmarket.co so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • opened or used supplements
  • products not in their original condition or packaging
  • items returned after the 30-day return window
  • gift cards
  • items marked as final sale, where permitted by law

6. Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges.

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have, if eligible, and place a separate order for the new item once your return has been accepted.

7. Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Please remember that it can take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
